I understand that I must pay the fee in full by the specified date to secure my stall. Failure to do this will result in another trader being offered the opportunity. Please ensure you check your junk mail folder regarding correspondence.
I understand the fee is non-refundable unless a suitable replacement can be found by the organisers, 72 hours prior to market start time.
The stall holder will provide their own 6 ft table and table covering unless agreed otherwise.
I agree that if selected I will arrive and set up by the designated set-up time.
Parking for stall holders will be restricted to one vehicle, please share lifts with those assisting you on the day and use the designated car park.
Each stall holder is permitted entry for themselves plus one other. If I require further assistants, additional tickets will be purchased.
Sharing stalls between multiple businesses is not permitted. Each business much apply separately.
I agree to use compostable packaging, serving ware and remove any rubbish off site at the end of the market.
I give permission for my photograph to be taken and shared on our social media account and website. All of this content is owned by Cohen and Co Market and is available upon request. We would however ask that you credit Cohen and Co Markets if and when sharing.
I understand that I require public liability insurance as the Season’s Market cannot take responsibility for damage, theft or loss of earnings.
